Introducing Certified Coastal Home Watch to Our Neighbors
Certified Coastal Home Watch introduces its scheduled home visits and emailed photo reports to neighbors in Nokomis, Venice, Osprey, and South Sarasota, FL.
Hi neighbors! 👋 I’m Riann Stroud with Certified Coastal Home Watch, and I’m happy to introduce our business here on Nextdoor.
We help homeowners in Nokomis, Venice, Osprey, and South Sarasota keep an eye on their homes while they’re away—whether for a vacation or an entire season.
Our scheduled home visits help spot visible concerns before they go unnoticed for weeks. After every visit, you receive an emailed report with a checklist and time-stamped photos, so you can see how things look back home.
We look forward to getting to know more of our neighbors! If you’re curious about home watch or would like to arrange a complimentary walkthrough, send us a private message or call 941-800-2376.
